Hey there! Arne Knudson here, experienced motion designer, animator and designer working with After Effects and Ai tools to create animated product shorts and social media content. If the occasional HTML5 animation project pops up, I’m down for that too. I know the tools, I know how agencies work and I can drop into a team and get things done with speed, skill and professionalism.
GiddyAF’s work is proudly made in Hawaii from a handbuilt shack in my back yard. All my work is remote so I don’t get a lot of face time with my clients, but Ive managed to keep most of them for years. I understand being a reliable partner is just as important as the work itself.
Besides, if I wasn’t good at this I’d probably be working at Costco and surfing a lot more. Hmmm…

whats up with the monsters?
Monsters are scary. Kinda like Ai to motion designers. I’ve navigated my fair share of new technologies over the years. The best way to learn new tools is to play around with something you love. 2D Larry has been my company mascot for a while now. I’ve always wanted to learn to make a 3D model of him that I could animate.
Enter Ai. The ability to create a 3D version of Larry and animated clips is truly amazing. The power to create using Ai is a gamechanger. WIll it take my job? Nope. Ai is great at a lot of things, like bringing Larry to life. Other things? Not so much. It’s a powerful tool that can make strong ideas stronger. You still gotta have the idea.
